| The Sikkim Himalayan Academy is a non-profit school that offers education and living opportunities to underprivileged children from remote areas of Sikkim. The school is funded through private donations raised in Europe and North America. Local teachers and administrators are hired to operate the school and foreign volunteers are recruited to assist the staff. |
